Concrete

Concrete Driveway and Sidewalks

When it comes to cleaning your concrete we can remove years of dirt and algae that have built up on the surface.  Our process begins by figuring out what cleaners need to be used to clean the surface.  The typical drive or sidewalk has leaf stains, algae and dirt so we apply a cleaner that will eliminate all aglae spores and stains.  Next we use our concrete cleaning disk that spins in a 360 degree motion cleaning the concrete evenly and more effectively than just using a power wash gun.  Last we rinse off the entire area removing all loose dirt and debris leaving the concrete bright and clean.

Concrete Sealing:
Concrete can last many years if it is maintained properly.  Applying a concrete sealer will protect the concrete from the elements of the weather and harsh salt that is put down during the winter.  Concrete is pourous like our skin and if not sealed water will seep into the pores and start to break down the material.  Salt will start to pit the concrete eating into the surface and destroying the top layer resulting in major repairs.  We apply many different types of sealers and two of the most popular sealers we put down are high gloss clear coats with a silicone acrylic and low gloss sealers that seep into the pores of the concrete drying clear with no high gloss.  Both protect from the elements of the weather and harsh salts and chemicals.
