We just got the entire exterior of our house “gentle washed”. We also got the roof cleaned (those black streaks are gone!). And lastly we had the concrete (driveway, walkway & patio) cleaned, and it hadn’t been cleaned in over a decade; there is a definite difference. Those guys are very easy to work with and do their work with pride. They’re licensed, insured and professional. Their rates were very fair. I’ll give this referral freely. Lastly, I’ll be calling them again; no question! Thanks guys!!!

WOW…is an understatement for the great job Mark and his Crew did for my house. Had my house powerwashed a few years ago and it took them a whole day to do it. After that job I had to wash all my windows and screens but not with Mark. Whatever he used not only cleaned my whole house in about an hour but my windows sparkle…love it. I am sure I am the envy of my neighborhood with my great looking house now. Thank you thank you Mark. Great work … Great Price… and best of all wonderful personality Mark! Wish I would have taken before and after pics for you but take my word for it the difference is dramatic you can’t go wrong with this company.

Efficiently and Professionally Cleaned The Mold

I don’t like the word mold but actually I needed to address the fact that I had some green and black “stuff” on my house. Mark and his helper efficiently and professionally took care of that WORD for me. The bottoms of my eves and the north side of my house look as bright and clean as all the other sides. They also took years of build up off my side walks and drive way. I feel like it was money well spent and this spring I don’t have to try to reach the green growing on my house by hand. They also cleaned my screened porch even though it wasn’t part of the estimate without charge. I feel confident in recommending them.
Oh yes, a plus is that the outside windows are washed in the process and are sparkling clean.

Grateful I Found Mark

I found Mark’s company after looking high and low for someone to take the black algae off my roof properly after paying for it to be done with assurances and promises that were simply not fulfilled by a different company. After paying for the job I was profoundly disappointed when the algae seemed to reappear the first time it rained. I even paid for a zinc strip (at substantial cost) to be nailed to my roof to prevent further algae from developing. Needless to say I paid for a whole lot of nothing. And I had no recourse for pursuing the “fraud” as the company went out of business.

I contacted Mark and expressed to him my concerns due to my previous experience. He assured me that the job would be done right, at a reasonable price and that his work was guaranteed for years to come. I immediately was impressed with him. Mark kept me informed as to when he would get the job done and did not require payment until I had inspected the job and was pleased and satisfied. He followed up with me a few weeks later after the job was completed to make sure I was still satisfied with the work.

Because Mark’s work was so good, I have asked him to clean the roof of another home that I own. I am confident that I will be as happy this time as I was with the first.

Looks Amazing!

Mark cleaned my roof for the first time 4 years ago and, to my surprise, it actually stayed clean, just like he said it would. He came back last week and touched up a few small spots on my roof, power washed my driveway, and my deck. Everything looks amazing! Mark and Duck are hardworking, trustworthy, and conscientious. They are also very easy to talk to. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks Mark and Duck!

Recently, you cleaned my roof which had an accumulation of moss and algae. I had attempted to clean it myself with some products I purchased from a local home improvement store.
