We do not use household soaps and cleaners. Our chemicals are professional and made by chemists. Cleaning the exterior of your home does not involve high pressure blasting on the surface. Chemicals for the gutters and siding and windows are premade for the job. First we spray a light solution of mold mildew treatment all over the exterior of the home to eliminate the algae and remove the discoloration. This also helps brighten the gutter facings and downspouts. Next we lightly spray the window facings with a solution that will keep them streak free!

We use light pressure to wash your wood fence and deck applying a solution to remove any algae build up and wood discoloration that has built up over the years. For decks and fences that are going to get new stain applied we strip the old faded color with a stripping solution made for your deck.
