You may see the stains come off but at the same time if you don’t know what you’re doing you can damage the surface. Just imagine cleaning your single or two-story home without the proper cleaners, this could take you all day. Without the right cleaners you will spend the majority of your day trying to clean with little success.
Using professional cleaners is a must when eliminating algae:
The exterior of your home can become infested with algae, mold and mildew especially on the north side. The north side of your home does not receive as much sunlight and if you live in a humid climate this can make it worse. Mildew can start to form on the surface of the siding along with algae and mold spores. The stains must be treated with a professional cleaning solution that will eliminate the spores as well as remove any surface dirt. If the spores are not eliminated then the stains you see will appear just as fast several months later.
