I am extremely pleased with the work Mark did on my siding, gutters, and patio. All of the algae and mold are gone and my siding looks like new again! The siding, eaves, and gutters still look great after two years!!

Before Clean the Roof, cleaning the algae from the siding was an annual event. Others powered off the algae, but only Clean the Roof did the work to kill it. Two years later, still no sign of the algae returning. The eaves and gutters still look great, as well.

I highly recommend Clean the Roof’s services. So much, in fact, that I’ve just asked them to come back and do the deck. I didn’t even bother calling other service providers. Thanks, Mark for your commitment to researching and finding the best solutions to fix these common problems.

Very glad we had Mark out to do our roof. We had no idea how bad the algae was. Only knew we had black streaks in several places. Made the roof look awful.. Took some time but this roof looks like new, He showed us where the shingles had begun being damaged. If we had waited a couple more years we would have been looking at a new roof. They did a great job and no pressure washing! We are planning on having them come back to do siding and gutter cleaning and some deck work. Very happy with performance. Would recommend him to my friends.

We used Mark’s services over the summer to clean our concrete patio, sidewalks, slabs, as well as the exterior vinyl on our home, pole barn, and several sheds on the property. We could not be happier with the quality of the work he did. He worked long days but was meticulous in getting every bit of dirt and mold off of our home, carefully removed anything blocking his way, and covered all outlets/hoses/faucets to prevent damage. The house really sparkled after he was finished, but the biggest difference was in our concrete…he was able to remove rust stains and our dirty patio was transformed into a brand new looking slab that practically glowed! He came back the next day and sealed the concrete for us to prevent any more staining, and nearly six months later the house and concrete still look great. We were impressed with Mark’s passion for his work and his professionalism. We would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for power washing services.

Our shake roof needed badly to be cleaned. We contacted several roofer’s who clean roofs in Cincinnati.
The price one company quoted us was very unreasonable. The others didn’t seem interested in tackling the job. It was suggested we replace the roof with regular shingles. The price we were quoted ($20,000.00) also was unacceptable to us.
Finally, we contacted Mark Dye who lives in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. His price was reasonable and he was willing to travel to Cincinnati to clean our roof. He cleaned our shake roof! a couple of months ago. It looks amazing! The house looks entirely different than it did before the cleaning. It took lots of work to completely clean the roof. I am the store manager at Motherhood Maternity, Jefferson Pointe. We had another company come to clean our awnings and were highly disappointed with the results. It looked exactly the same as before they cleaned it! I had spoken with Mark several times and after getting approval from my corporate office, we set an appointment to have them cleaned again, but this time by M & D. I wanted to let you know what a FABULOUS job you did cleaning the awning at my business. After some construction in front of the store, the awning needed cleaned. I’m very please with the quality of work done; especially the wooden porch and steps. Time was taken to make sure all appropriate surfaces were both cleaned and stained. When finished, it looked like a new porch.

My house is only ten years old but the front looks north and doesn’t get the sun until late afternoon. My roof had stains and the driveway and sidewalks were black. Mark cleaned my roof, patio, house, driveway and sidewalks.

Lake Home Cleaned

Our home on the lake was built 9 years ago (with yellow siding and white trim) and the yellow siding was filthy, along with mildew on the soffits. I called M&D in the spring and they came out immediately for an estimate. Then, because our neighbors were building a new home, we had to postpone the cleaning until they were done and had their yard in. I called Mark this week and he responded immediately and was out to do the job today. The house looks FANTASTIC. It is cleaner than ever and the mildew is gone. Mark explained everything step by step and was so careful to cover the electrical box, furnace, and even doorbells. He uses a pressure low enough to clean, but not too high to do any damage to the siding or shutters. I’m so impressed by such a professional and courteous company. I was very impressed!!! So glad we found you!

We were very pleased with the entire exterior house cleaning and the care they took of our plants and property. We came home from work and found the exterior of our home cleaned. I recently had all of my concrete (back yard with inground pool, patio areas, front driveway and sidewalks) cleaned by Mark. I live in Columbus, Ohio, and came across his website immediately when I typed in concrete cleaning. After reviewing his site with all of his before and after pictures of his work, I knew he would be the one for the job.

My concrete was full of years worth of alge, mold, and mildew. After Mark was finished, I was amazed at the difference, it was like night and day.

As a home owner I tried to clean the concrete myself with a pressure washer that I brought from one of the local home improvement stores; I was not successful becuase I did not have the right equipment or cleaners.

We just got the entire exterior of our house “gentle washed”. We also got the roof cleaned (those black streaks are gone!). And lastly we had the concrete (driveway, walkway & patio) cleaned, and it hadn’t been cleaned in over a decade; there is a definite difference. WOW…is an understatement for the great job Mark and his Crew did for my house. Had my house powerwashed a few years ago and it took them a whole day to do it. After that job I had to wash all my windows and screens but not with Mark. Whatever he used not only cleaned my whole house in about an hour but my windows sparkle…love it. I am sure I am the envy of my neighborhood with my great looking house now. I don’t like the word mold but actually I needed to address the fact that I had some green and black “stuff” on my house. Mark and his helper efficiently and professionally took care of that WORD for me. The bottoms of my eves and the north side of my house look as bright and clean as all the other sides. They also took years of build up off my side walks and drive way. I feel like it was money well spent and this spring I don’t have to try to reach the green growing on my house by hand. They also cleaned my screened porch even though it wasn’t part of the estimate without charge. I feel confident in recommending them.
Oh yes, a plus is that the outside windows are washed in the process and are sparkling clean.

I found Mark’s company after looking high and low for someone to take the black algae off my roof properly after paying for it to be done with assurances and promises that were simply not fulfilled by a different company. After paying for the job I was profoundly disappointed when the algae seemed to reappear the first time it rained. I even paid for a zinc strip (at substantial cost) to be nailed to my roof to prevent further algae from developing. Needless to say I paid for a whole lot of nothing. And I had no recourse for pursuing the “fraud” as the company went out of business.

I contacted Mark and expressed to him my concerns due to my previous experience. He assured me that the job would be done right, at a reasonable price and that his work was guaranteed for years to come. I immediately was impressed with him. Mark kept me informed as to when he would get the job done and did not require payment until I had inspected the job and was pleased and satisfied.
